A Loft of Luxury

Our 1201 Central Avenue lofts boast over 4,000 square feet of studio space for you to explore. Featuring 12 foot ceilings, beautifully restored original hardwood flooring, and a plethora of west and south facing windows to let the light in, and exposed brick in every space.

Elk Studio

The Elk Studio might be our most iconic space to date. The huge Elk that hangs on the exposed brick wall over the bed makes for a perfect couples or boudoir shoot. The leather sofa lounge area provides a great space for family photos, and there is also a bathroom off the master suite. The bathroom provides a claw bathtub, glass shower, and a makeup room.

Oxen Studio

The Oxen Studio is the dark & moody room of your dreams. Currently decorated for gloomy spring. The walls, trim, and even ceiling are painted in an inky black that makes the subject really pop in the space. It is such a versatile studio, perfect for sensual boudoir shoots, or a fun family picture with everyone piled into the cozy bed.

Reid Studio

The Reid Studio is 2,40o square feet of top floor loft space. Two walls are completely lined with windows, letting tons of light pour in. It includes a full kitchen, perfect for editorial content, a dining table that sits 12, a huge bed with wooden headboard, and a leather sofa large enough to fit the whole family.
